Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?

All of our baked goods are homemade and prepared in a kitchen that may contain nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, milk and wheat. While we take care in handling ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from cross-contamination.

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free options.

What is your payment policy?

Payment in full is required to secure your order and reserve your date on our calendar. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order and release of your date.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Because our cookies are custom-made and time-intensive, we have a strict refund policy:

- Cancellations made 14 or more days before your pickup date are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made within 7-13 days before your pickup date are eligible for a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of your pickup date are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business!

What if I want to make changes to my order?

Minor changes to design or quantity may be accepted up to 7 days before your pickup date, depending on availability.

Please note: Major changes may not be possible once your order is in progress and could incur additional charges.

What if I can’t pickup my order?

If you’re unable to pick up your cookies at the scheduled time, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a new pickup time or send someone on your behalf.

Please note: I am not responsible for cookies not picked up within 1 day of the agreed time, and no refunds will be issued for missed pickups.

When should I reach out for a custom order?

I accept custom orders no more than 3 months in advance, and require at least 2 weeks’ notice to fulfill a custom cookie order.

If my schedule allows, I may be able to accommodate last-minute orders. Please note that a $20 rush fee per dozen will be added to your invoice for any orders placed within 2 weeks of your event date.

Where are you located? Can you ship your cookies?

We are located in Davidson, NC, in the Lake Norman area just outside of Charlotte.

At this time, cookies are only available for local pickup from my home kitchen in Davidson. Shipping is not available. The pickup address will be provided once your order is confirmed.

How long will my decorated cookies stay fresh?

Our decorated cookies are freshest within 4-5 days of receiving them, but they will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature in their heat-sealed bags. They are best kept on the kitchen counter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The good news! Our decorated cookies freeze beautifully and can be frozen for up to 3 months if you keep them wrapped and store in an airtight container. No fridges, please! Humidity is not a cookie’s best friend and can affect the design.

To thaw: leave the container unopened on the counter overnight or until fully at room temperature. Opening it too soon can cause condensation that may damage the design.
